Amy Plank

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida Amy Plank is a tenured staffing professional with over 20 years of industry experience in the Florida and California markets. She has held positions from Front Office Coordinator to Vice President, and now is the proud Co-Founder and Owner of Specialty Search Group.

Not only has Amy worked for some of the largest staffing firms in the US, she has a great deal of experience working on a diverse variety of positions within Administrative, Manufacturing, Nursing, Healthcare, Biotech and Life Sciences areas. She prides herself on her ability to really understand her clients and build lasting relationships through exceptional service. Amy has developed and executed dozens of successful recruiting plans over the years that resulted in significant ROI for her clients.

Within her first year of working in Specialty Pharmacy, Amy and her team had achieved over 150% growth over prior year, successfully filled over 170 direct hire roles across the United States and maintained a 98% retention rate. She leads by example and has a successful track record along with several accolades for sales, client development and leadership.
