Marlin Plank

Born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern CA, Marlin started his recruiting career during the dot-com boom in 1999.  It turned out to be a career path he would love and excel at progressively taking on larger roles including managing the day-to-day oversight of two large global staffing programs. During his twenty plus year tenure in staffing it would be difficult to find a type of industry or skill set he hasn’t been involved with filling. For the past three years his sole focus has been within the healthcare industry with core business in Specialty Pharmacy, Life Science and Health Systems.

Marlin has always been passionate about helping and working with people.  It has been this passion that has allowed him to build strong and long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues alike. “The Staffing/Talent Acquisition industry has been a natural fit for my personality and to be involved with helping place top tier talent and be a valued partner to companies that are revolutionizing the overall Healthcare industry is extremely rewarding.” As a Specialty Pharmacy patient himself, Marlin brings a unique perspective to the clients he works with who are often trying to resolve the complexity and communicative challenges that often accompany SpecialtyRx.
